Today, in America, with the Constitution guaranteeing us all the freedom to be our best and greatest, with all of the latest technologies at our fingertips unlike any generation before, many of us willfully are like that woman in the song desiring to watch and listen to channels and frequencies that provides no education on substantive issues or benefits outside of entertainment – Channel Zero – it provides literally nothing intellectually.
Trump came on the political scene and reached his political apex at a time in America’s cultural transformation when it is more important to judge a leader’s qualifications upon whether or not he has hurt someone’s feelings above how successful and productive he is at his job.
The year 2020 will go down as one of the most turbulent and consequential years for America since the War Between the States, a.k.a., the Civil War. But, what may be most noted by future historians is the extraordinary amount of power that was willingly transferred from the American people to the government, and the unprecedented level of blatant censorship and propaganda demonstrated by the National Media in all forms – electronic, print, and television.
In America truth is no longer self-evident. The question that needs to be asked is how long can America stand as a nation that was established on the principles and tenets of Judaeo-Christianism and Divine Providence when the basic truth that there are just two genders – a boy and a girl – and that it is their union alone that is key to the growth of the human species and stable society; and that it can be replaced by a notion that there are over 200 genders and that any combination can procreate in a family with little to no resistance even from those who know the truth?
If the government can get so many of us to voluntarily surrender cherished liberties in mass at such great personal pain so easily, without much mental reservation or questioning or rebuttal, due to a virus that kills less than 5% of those who come down with it, what else could they get us to do?
